George Said Khraish

Managing Director

Founder and Managing Director of CHSS. Under the leadership of Mr. Khraish, the UAE based company has grown organically over the last 15 years and now has offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, and Sharjah. He has spearheaded the consultancy into a position of competing with large international companies and successfully delivered multi-billion-dirham projects.

Mr. Khraish is a professional civil engineer, with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Mr. Khraish has over 35 years of diversified international experience in engineering consultancy practices in various sectors.

Dr. Mustapha Chouman

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of CHSS, Dr. Chouman leads the firm with overall responsibility for the operational, technical, financial and business development performance of the company as well as setting strategies, policies and mitigating risks.

Dr. Chouman is experienced as a client, developer and consultant in the delivery of successful local and international mega-projects mainly in the Gulf region, Middle East and Europe.

Dr. Chouman has published several articles in Engineering and had won award for the Best Paper Competition of the Institution of Civil Engineers, London.
