P562FZ - Light Industrial Units (Phase 15)
The Light Industrial Units project was undertaken for Jafza. Consultant HSS services were to carry out the detailed architectural and engineering design and the construction supervision of the said project.
Scope:
Master Planning, detailed architectural and engineering services for the units was carried out which includes :
- 47 Light Industrial Units with Office / Reception area
- Food Court Building with Commercial Centre
- Services Reserve for Development
- Total area of the development is approximately 16 acres
X-Ray Machine Installation at Terminal 3, Near Roundabout 9, Jebel Ali
The project is the installation of the X-Ray Machine in Jebel Ali Free Zone for Dubai Customs. The site is located at Terminal 3, near the Roundabout 9. the project consists of the X-Ray Shed, Control Block, and Road widening activities.

Waterfront Facilities at Quay 9 and Quay 10, JAFZA
The construction involves the construction of a new Hazardous Waste Storage Building (approximately 500 sq.m), for laying of interlock paving blocks and the construction of shade structure for the car park and security areas, within the US Navy base in DP World.
Scope:
CHSS were appointed by ECODE, the design and build contractor for the client, DP World U.A.E region. CHSS scope includes under taking the detailed design, authority approvals and construction supervision.
