The existing Petrochemical Plant of TCL (M) Industries Sdn Bhd was designed by HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd in
1995 and the plant was commissioning in December 1997. The TCL (M) Industries Sdn Bhd has proposed to extend the plant for manufacturing N-Butane as food stock which is an economical process and approved by Jabatan Alam Sekitar (JAS). The proposed extension works for the N-Butane plant are :

Transtherm Power Industries At Lumut Port Industrial Park, Manjung, Perak
The project site of approximate 28 acres of land is located within the Lumut Port Industrial Park, Sitiawan Perak. Construction of the Balance of Plant (BOP) for the 1000MW Coal Fired Power Plant Extension
The Power Plant is located approximately 10 km south of Lumut town and accessible by road only. The project consists of the design and construction of a 1000MW coal fired power plant for Tenaga Nasional Berhad. New Incinerator Project at Staponal Industrial Area, Kuala Krai, Kelantan and Telok Kalong, Kemaman, Terengganu, Malaysia
