Consultancy Services for Customs Inspection Facility at Dubai South
DWCC spans approximately 145 square kilometres, it comprises Logistics, Aviation, Residential, Hospitality and Commercial facilities centred around the world’s largest airport– the Al Maktoum International Airport (AMIA). Conveniently accessible from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the site is bounded by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed road, Emirates road and Jebel-Ali Lehbab road.
Leveraging Dubai South’s strategic location connecting both air and sea mega ports, Dubai South is creating a self-sustained urban destination to empower businesses, families and individuals to grow and prosper.

- Revise the tender documents (drawings and specifications) as per the value engineering recommendations

Common Back of House Facilities and Civic Facilities for Dubai Parks
The selected sites for the Civil Facilities & Common Back of House Facilities (CBOH) are all located within the greater Dubai Parks Project site with the Civil Facilities consisting of four (4) individual plots and occupying a total area of approximately 21,286 square metres; including CBOH facilities consisting of six (6) individual plots, occupying a total area of approximately 19,056 square metres.

Selayang Medical Centre
Selayang Medical Centre was constructed on a 20 hectare site located in Gombak District Council. In line with the objectives of vision 2020, Selayang Medical Central would be a referral center not only within Malaysia but also provide services for the region. (It caters for 964 beds, with provision for expansion to 1000 beds medically equipped to international standards.) Selayang Medical Centre is the first hospital in the country to be a ''paperless hospital''.
Communication and maintenance records are all computerised patients medical records and even X-Ray films would be stored electronically.

Matriculation College – Construction of College
HSS was appointed to provide engineering consulting services for this project. The Matriculation College located in Banting, Selangor on a 90 acre site comprises academic, administration, residential, recreational and associated facilities. The client had directed that all the building structures have to be steel framed with insitu floors. The total estimated steelwork is in order of about 6000 tons.

Putrajaya Government Administration Centre
The residental development comprise of link house and semi-detached bungalows. The construction of these units was carried out using the units for both the load bearing works and the responded floor slabs.
