Tajung Pelepas Port, Malaysia
The project is to update the Master Plan for Tanjung Pelapas Port to modify the aspects of the Master Plan influenced by the revised economic growth and market forecasts; provide an amended master plan including design concepts of port facilities and infrastructure, prepare cost estimates and financial analysis and provide phased outline physical development plan, recommendations and implementation program.

Six Marinas in Island A at Deira Islands
As part of the Deira Island Project, The Palm Deira LLC is providing berthing facilities for more than 600 vessels around Island A. The Project is located on Deira Island A, north of Port Rashid and the Dubai Creek entrance.
CHSS was appointed to carry out the MEP Design (Water, Electrical, Fire, Sewage Pump out and Fire Fighting) and obtaining the necessary NOCs from relevant and applicable authorities for the six (6) Marinas and Revetment Berthing.
