New Incinerator Project at Staponal Industrial Area, Kuala Krai, Kelantan and Telok Kalong, Kemaman, Terengganu, Malaysia

The incinerator plant with a treatment capacity of 12 MTD (tonnes per day) each for Kemaman and Kuala Krai area will treating clinical waste collection from Ministry of Health’s hospitals located in States of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan. The plant system shall comprise of one line processing system with combustion thermal system.

Banyan Tree Signatures

Banyan tree  is luxury service residence skyscraper nestled at KL City Centre. Banyan Tree comprises a single 55-storey tower which consists of 441 units of private residences, 51 units of service residences, and 50 luxury suites. Service and private residence are located from Level 27 to 52, while the hotel suites are located on Level 54 and 55.

Louvre Museum

The museum has been designed as a "seemingly floating dome structure"; its web-patterned dome allowing the sun to filter through. The overall effect is meant to represent "rays of sunlight passing through date palm fronds in an oasis." The total area of the museum is approximately 24,000 square metres (260,000 sq ft). The permanent collections are house in a space of 6,000 square metres (65,000 sq ft), and the temporary collections are exhibited in an area over 2,000 square metres (22,000 sq ft). CHSS was responsible for 3D Modelling using BIM technology.

Abu Dhabi International Airport

84 thousand tons of steel will be used for the construction and the terminal building will have a roof area of 225.000 square meter and a total facade area of 200.000 square meter.
