Scope

Storm Water Outfall No.3 At Zone 13 In Dubai Festival City
The site storm water and lake water network system at Dubai Festival City (DFC) are designed to include the pipeline network and the associated junction/manhole structures. Hydraulic analysis and the pipeline network will have gradients matching with the design invert level for the pipeline.
Junctions/manholes are provided spanning up to 50-60m average distance for maintenance purposes designed for proper invert level drop point and collection point. The manhole structures allow the accessibility for maintenance personnel, which is designed to resist the soil and water pressure lateral loads.

Al Garhoud Maintenance Facility
The routine maintenance facility in Old Garhoud Bridge area has for a purpose the routine maintenance and light repair works of Abras, Water-buses, Water-taxis with dry docking and routine maintenance of Creek Ferry without Dry docking.

Construction of Container Terminal No.3 Wharf and Access Bridges, Westport, Malaysia

Kuantan Port Expansion of Inner Harbour Basin, Malaysia
The project involves the expansion of the existing Kuantan Port by excavating a new inner harbour basin. The expansion involves the excavation of approximately 15 million cubic meters of sand and clay to be disposed in an approved dumping ground off shore. Suitable fill was placed behind a constructed rock bund on the foreshore to create additional land for future port use. Surface infrastructure roads, site drainage and other services were provided.

Maritime Transport Department of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) implemented the first phase of the Public Water Transportation for Dubai. The first ferry services was launched in the lower part of the Dubai Creek from Deira City Centre to Dubai Gold Souk.

Three Fishing Harbours Development, Dubai
Three fishing harbours in Dubai have been restored and regenerated to provide better facilities for fishermen and to encourage visitors.
The three harbours are Jumeirah 1, Umm Suqeim 1 and Umm Suqeim 2. Each consist of a fish handling area, accommodation and facilities for fishermen, and a tourist area with shops and restaurants.
